PTU Bang Bang

This tutorial was written by me on July 18, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Artist: Tony Tzanoukakis
You can buy his tubes at The Art Of Tony T  HERE
Do not use this tube unless you have a license.
Scrap Kit:  Wicked Creationz Scraps
You can find this kit at Tony T's Store  HERE
Mask:  Masks by Lise 7  HERE
Font:  Gabriola Font  HERE

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP11.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP11 into selection.  Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find Masks by Lise 7 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Duplicate and merge down again.

Let’s do the frame layer for now:
Element 29 – C/P and leave in the middle of tag.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 30 PIXELS.
Open tube if you are using the same one as me.
C/P and move where desired.  Go back to tube, Mirror every thing and C/P again.  Move also to where you want it to go.
(see tag for placement)
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Merge both tube layers down.  Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) and lower the opacity of that layer to 59.
Open Element 20 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom and behind frame layer and move into place.
(see tag for placements)

Now for some elements:
Element 19 – C/P and move to top left corner under all frame layers.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate again and flip.  Make it look like one big piece.
(see tag for placement)
Element 21 – C/P and move to bottom left side of tag under frame layers.
(see tag for placement)
Element 22 – C/P and move to top middle but a bit to the right but behind frame.  Re-size 105%.
(see tag for placement)
Element 12 – C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to right corner, on top of frame layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 23 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left corner of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 24 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Flip and move to bottom right corner of frame.  Free rotate 25º right.
(see tag for placement)
Element 17 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move over element 24.
(see tag for placement)
Element 11 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom middle of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 15 – C/P and re-size 65%.  Move over element 22 but over frame layer.  Duplicate and move copy just under frame.  Have it so they look like they are coming out of paper.  Move to original layer and erase parts that hang over frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 7 – C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to just about the top left corner of frame.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 6 – C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to upper right corner of frame over copy of element 7.  Free rotate 25º right.
(see tag for placement)
Element 1 – C/P and re-size 35%.  Move to top left corner of frame so it covers element 7.
(see tag for placement)

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P tube and re-size 40%.
Move to the left side of tag.
 (see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
