Here goes:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 3. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 3 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
Now for the frame:
Element 16 - C/P and re-size 85%. Free rotate 22º left. Make sure your frame layer is highlighted. Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of the frame layer.
Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - INVERT.
C/Paste into selection Paper 10. Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using. If you are using the same one as me, grab it now. C/P and re-size 85%. Move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer. ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and change the original tube layer to SCREEN.

Lets do some more elements now:
Element 11 - C/P and move layer under frame layers. Move to far right side of tag.

Element 4 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move layer under frame layer. Move to top left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 1 - C/P and move under frame layers. You can leave it in the middle of tag, but move it down.
(see tag for placement)
Element 7 - C/P and re-size 50%. You can leave this layer over frame layer. Move to bottom and to the left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 23 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom and to the left side of tag over element 7 layer. Duplicate and mirror.

Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, C/P the full size tube and re-size 45%. Mirror and move to right side of tag. Make her look like she is leaning against frame.

More elements now:
Element 3 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left corner over element 23 layers.

Element 2 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left corner in front of element 3 layer.

Element 14 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom of tag but a little to the right, beside the tube layer.

Element 13 - C/P and re-size 20%. Move to top right side of tag over element 11 layer.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.

V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

Font: All Ages Font HERE Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 8. Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 8 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
Now for some elements:SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 8 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
Fire – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom and right side of tag.

Here goes:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 7. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 7 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 7 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
Now for the frame:
Element 28 - C/P and move up and a to the left. Make sure your frame layer is highlighted. Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of the frame.
Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - INVERT.
C/Paste into selection Paper 10. Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using. If you are using the same one as me, get it now. C/P and re-size 40%. Move her into position. Do this three more times. Mirror one of the copies.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT. Merge all layers down. Duplicate the tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and change the original layer to OVERLAY.

Lets do some more elements now:
Element 12 - C/P and move this layer under frame layers and move to top left corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 21 - C/P and move to right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 22 - C/P and move to top left corner over frame.

Element 3 - C/P and move to bottom right corner of tag.

Element 26 - C/P and free rotate 90º right. Move to bottom right side of tag in front of element 3. Duplicate and mirror.

PTU Under Arrest
This tutorial was written by me on October 24, 2013.

Here goes:
The Template first:
Open template in PSP. Hold down
SHIFT button and tap your “D” key. Close
the original template. Delete the “Credits”
layer with her CR info.
I don't like a white background unless I really need one, so I clear the
white background by highlighting the Raster 1layer and go to
EDIT - CLEAR.
EDIT - CLEAR.
Next
I changed the canvas size to 800 X 800. We are gonna do basically the
same thing for the following layers, so in an effort to stop repeating
myself, here is what you will do for each layer that we change out:
Highlight layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE FLOAT
Open Paper(s) - C/P - SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - SELECT
NONE
Delete layer.
So it will go something like this:
You
will be changing these layers: 1,2,3,5, and 7. We will not delete any layers. We will toggle all
the layers by layer link toggle - toggle1 for layers 1,2,3,4, 5 and 6 and tube layers and toggle 2 for 7 and 8 and other tube layers.
Highlight 1. Using directions above. Use Paper 6. Rename it Paper 6 - 1.
Highlight 2. Same as above. Use Paper 10. Rename Paper 10 - 2.
Highlight 3. Same as above. Use Paper 8. Rename Paper 8 - 3.
Highlight 4. Same as above. Use Paper 7. Rename Paper 7 - 5.
Highlight 5. Same as above. Use Paper 4. Rename Paper 4 - 7.

Highlight 2. Same as above. Use Paper 10. Rename Paper 10 - 2.
Highlight 3. Same as above. Use Paper 8. Rename Paper 8 - 3.
Highlight 4. Same as above. Use Paper 7. Rename Paper 7 - 5.

We are gonna use our tube now:
Open tube, C/P and re-size 40%. Move over Paper 7 - 5 and then duplicate tube.
Highlight the Paper 7 - 5 and go to SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE-FLOAT - SELECTIONS - INVERT, Highlight tube layer, then hit DELETE. Duplicate tube layer. On the copy of tube layer:
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Open tube, C/P and re-size 40%. Move over Paper 7 - 5 and then duplicate tube.
Highlight the Paper 7 - 5 and go to SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE-FLOAT - SELECTIONS - INVERT, Highlight tube layer, then hit DELETE. Duplicate tube layer. On the copy of tube layer:
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original
tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.
Do the same for Paper 4 - 7, except mirror the tube.
Do the same for Paper 4 - 7, except mirror the tube.

Open Paper 9 and WSL 116, then minimize.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and paste Paper 9 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL 116 from the drop down menu – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 105%.
Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

Here goes:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 7. SELECTIONS
– SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 7 into selection.
Now for the frame:
Element 20 - C/P and leave in the middle. Highlight your frame layer now. Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of the frame layer.
Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - INVERT.
C/Paste into selection Paper 1. Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using. If you are using the same one as me, mirror tube now. C/P and move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer. ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and change the original tube layer to MULTIPLY and reduce the OPACITY to 50%.

Lets do some more elements now:
Element 12 - C/P over frame layer and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right side of frame. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 27 - C/P over frame layer and move to bottom in front of element 12 and copy of element 12.

Element 29 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left side of tag.

Element 30 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left side in front of but lower than element 29.

Element 10 - C/P and re-size 80%. Move to top left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 6 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to top left side of tag over element 10. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 8 - C/P and re-size 80%. Move to top left corner over frame layer. Duplicate and mirror.

Let’s start
with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 1. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 1 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Let’s do the frame layer now:

SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 8 PIXELS. New Raster Layer. Move under frame layer. Open Paper 5. Copy and paste into selection. Keep selected. If you are using the same tube as I am, grab it and move it into place.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer. ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY
