This tutorial was written by me on September 21, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version will do.

Scrap Kit: Bree by Amy Marie's Kits

Mask: WSL 84 HERE
Font: Xtreem Fat Demo Font HERE
Here goes:
Let’s start
with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP23. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP23 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 120%.
Gonna do a few elements right now:
Element 49 - C/P and move to lower left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 39 - C/P and move to right side of tag and a little bit up.
(see tag for placement)
Element 57 - C/P and move to bottom left side of frame. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Let’s do the frame layer now:
New Raster – 800 X 800.

Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of element. SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 8 PIXELS. New Raster Layer. Move under frame layer. Open PP4. Copy and paste into selection. SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.

Element 2 - C/P and move to bottom right corner of element 62 (frame).

Element 27 - C/P and move to top left corner of element 62.
(see tag for placement)
Element 68 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to bottom left side of element 62.

Element 9 - C/P and move to bottom left side in front of element 68 and 62.

I place the tube layer here:
If you are using the same tube as me, grab the full version. C/P and move to bottom of element 62 (frame) so it looks like she is sitting on the bottom of it.

Element 37 - C/P and move to bottom right corner of tag.

Element 34 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to right side over bottom left side of element 37.

choosing.

PTU Witch-a-licious
This tutorial was written by me on August 19, 2013.

Template: Mythical Designs Halloween Template 3 HERE

Here goes:
The Template first:
Open template in PSP. Hold down
SHIFT button and tap your “D” key. Close
the original template. Delete the “Credits”
layer with her CR info.
I don't like a white background unless I really need one, so I clear the
white background by highlighting the BACKGROUND layer and go to
EDIT - CLEAR.
EDIT - CLEAR.
Next
I changed the canvas size to 800 X 800. We are gonna do basically the
same thing for the following layers, so in an effort to stop repeating
myself, here is what you will do for each layer that we change out:
Highlight layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE FLOAT
Open Paper - C/P - SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - SELECT
NONE
Delete layer.
So it will go something like this:
You
will be changing these layers: TopSquare, BottomSquare, LRectangle, RRectangle, GradientRectangle, Circle and WordsWithGlow.
For this tag, you can go ahead and delete the WORDS layer.
For this tag, you can go ahead and delete the WORDS layer.
Highlight TopSquare. Follow directions above. Use PP18. Rename PP18 top.
Highlight BottomSquare. Same as above. Use PP18. Rename PP18 bottom.
Highlight LRectangle. Same as above. Use PP16. Rename PP16 left.
Highlight RRectangle. Same as above. Use PP16. Rename PP16 right.
Highlight GradientRectangle. Same as above, but add NEW RASTER LAYER. COPY AND PASTE INTO SELECTION PP 14. Change the blend mode to screen and DO NOT delete gradient layer.
Highlight Circle. Same as above. Grab the CU of tube if you are using the same one. C/P and move into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT. Duplicate tube layer. ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.
New Raster Layer - Element 36 - Copy and paste into selection. Change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) and reduce opacity to 50%.
Highlight WordsWithGlow. Grab your magic wand and click in the middle of each word. Once all is selected. C/P PP23 and INVERT then DELETE. DO NOT delete WordsWithGlow layer.

Now the Tube layer:
This is where I put the full size of the tube layer. Move to the far right corner.

SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT. Duplicate tube layer. ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.
New Raster Layer - Element 36 - Copy and paste into selection. Change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) and reduce opacity to 50%.

Element 47 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to top middle of tag. Make sure layer is under Circle layer.

Element 58 – C/P and move to top right corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror. Make sure layer is under Circle layer.

Element 25 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom left corner of tag behind WordsWithGlow.
Element 25 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom left corner of tag behind WordsWithGlow.

Element 75 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 30 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 84 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom middle side of tag.

Element 95 - C/P and move to top middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Now for the mask layer:
Element 75 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 30 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 84 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom middle side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 95 - C/P and move to top middle of tag.

Now for the mask layer:
Open PP22.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and paste PP22 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL 84 from the drop down menu – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png
and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.

The Mask Layer:
Open PP 15.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and Paste PP 15 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE MB&SW mask 21 from the drop down menu – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
The elements:
Element 30 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to the top middle of tag.

Element 76 – C/P and move to bottom left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 65 – C/P and leave in middle of tag but move down just a little bit.
(see tag for placement)
Element 90 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to left side of tag behind but upper part of element 65. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 101 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to left bottom side of tag behind element 65. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 107 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 62 – C/P and leave in middle of tag but behind element 65

PTU Candyland

Here goes:
The Template first:
Open template in PSP. Hold down
SHIFT button and tap your “D” key. Close
the original template. Delete the “Raster 13”
layer with her CR info on it.
I don't like a white background unless I really need one, so I clear the
white background by highlighting the RASTER 1 layer and go to EDIT - CLEAR.
Next
I changed the canvas size to 800 X 800. We are gonna do basically the
same thing for the following layers, so in an effort to stop repeating
myself, here is what you will do for each layer that we change out:
Highlight layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE FLOAT
Open Paper - C/P - SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - SELECT
NONE
Delete layer.
So it will go something like this:
You will be changing raster layers 6, 10, 12, 7, 4, 2, 3, and 5.
For this tag, you can go ahead and delete all shadow layers. We will rename these paper layers to make this tutorial make sense.

Highlight 6. Same as above. Use PP 5. Rename Paper 5
Highlight 10. Same as above. Use PP 1. Rename Paper 1 - Line. Change BLEND MODE to SOFT LIGHT. DO NOT DELETE RASTER 10 LAYER.
Highlight 12. Same as above. Use PP 1. Rename Paper 1 - Dots
Highlight 12. Same as above. Use PP 1. Rename Paper 1 - Dots
Do the same as PP 1 - Line.
Highlight 5. Merge with Copy of layer. Same as above. Use PP 1. Rename Paper 1 - Circles
For this tag, if you are using the same tube as me, use the 2nd CU.
Highlight Paper 9 layer.
SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE FLOAT.
C/P the CU and move it into place. Re-size 95%.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original
tube layer and change BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY.

Now for some elements:
Element 48 – C/P and re-size 60%%. Move to top left corner of tag over Paper 4 & Paper 1- Line Layer. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 22 – C/P and move to middle left side. Duplicate and mirror. Move copy up to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 26 – C/P and mirror and move to bottom right side of tag over Paper 1 - Circle layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 63 – C/P and re-size 80%. Move down and a bit right beside element 26.
(see tag for placement)
Element 9 – C/P and move down and left. Duplicate and mirror. Move copy a bit lower and more over to the right.
(see tag for placement)
Element 24 – C/P and move down and in the middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 72 – C/P and move down and to the left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 14 – C/P and move to left side of tag in front of element 72.
(see tag for placement)
Element 13 - C/P and move to right side of tag in front of element 63.
(see tag for placement)
Element 36 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left side in front of 72
(see tag for placement)
Element 28 - C/P and re-size 35%. Move to upper right side over element 63.
(see tag for placement)
Element 83 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left side over element 36.

Element 79 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to upper left side of tag above element 72.

Now for the mask layer:
Open PP 3.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and Paste PP 3 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL 84 from the drop down menu – OK.
Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me, C/P the full tube move over to left side of tag beside element 36

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png
and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
