This tutorial was written by me on July 31, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 11.  Open mask and minimise.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 11 into selection.  
 Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL Mask 84 – OK.  Re-size 110%.

Let’s do the frame layer now:
Element 111 – C/P and move just a little bit down.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frames. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 4 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under frame layer.  Open Paper 12.
Copy and paste into selection.
Grab selected CU of tube.  C/P and move into position.  Re-size 90%. SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) and reduce opacity to 65.  (see tag for placements)

Now for some elements:
Element 64 – C/P and re-size 85%.  Move to to of tag over mask layer but under frame layer.

Element 39 – C/P and leave where it lands over frame layer.  It will be part of the next two elements.

Element 78 – C/P and re-size 25%.  Leave over element 39 for now.  Click inside of this layer.  SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 4 PIXELS.  New raster layer.  Move under element 78 layer.

Element 53 – Copy and paste into selection.  Highlight element 39 layer.  Merge down and then merge down again so that element 39, 78 and 53 are now one layer.  Now move this to the upper left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement) Element 50 – C/P and re-size 90%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 13 – C/P and re-size 75%.  Move in front of element 50.
(see tag for placement)
Element 22 – C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to top of element 50.
(see tag for placement)
Element 69 – C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom left of tag over element 22.
(see tag for placement)
Element 11 – C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag in front of element 50 but left side of element 22.
(see tag for placement)  Element  68 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to top right side of tag. (see tag for placement)
Element  92 - C/P and re-size 90%.  Move to bottom of tag in front of element 13
(see tag for placement)
Element 99 -  C/P and re-size 90%.  Move to bottom right side of tag over bottom flower on frame.

Element 9 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move over top of element 13 and to the left.
(see tag for placement)
Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P tube and re-size 90%.  Move over to right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.

PTU Pink Cinderella Princess

This tutorial was written by me on July 30, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP4.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP4 into selection.  
 Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find Masks by Lise 6 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 110%.

Let’s do the frame layer now:
Element 42 – C/P and leave it where it lands.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frames. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 15 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under frame layer.  Open PP7.
Copy and paste into selection.  Keep selected.
Element 45 - C/P and move to right side of paper layer.  
Duplicate and mirror.
C/P tube over the frame and move over to left side of frame.
Duplicate tube layer and move under frame layer. 
 SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE.
Highlight frame layer again.  Grab magic wand again.  Click inside frame.
SELECTIONS - INVERT.  Grab eraser tool.  Highlight original tube layer.  Erase bottom of tube so that it looks like it's coming out of the frame.

Now for some elements:
Element 44 – C/P and move to right side of tag under frame layer.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 43 – C/P and move to left side of tag under frame layer but over element 44.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 32 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to right side over frame layer.  Duplicate and mirror.  
(see tag for placement)
Element 20 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to bottom right side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
 (see tag for placement) Element 119 – C/P and re-size 65%.  Move to bottom middle over frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 110 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to right side of tag over element 119.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 9 – C/P and re-size 55%.  Move to bottom of tag under element 119 and 110.
(see tag for placement)
Element 95 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom of tag under element 119 and 110 but on top of element 95

Element 101 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to top left side corner of frame.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)  Element  60 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror. (see tag for placement)
Element 33 - C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to very top middle of tag over everything.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP19.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP19 into selection.  
 Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL Mask 84 – OK.  Re-size 110%.

Let’s do the frame layer now:
Element 10 – C/P and leave it where it lands.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frames. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 15 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under frame layer.  Open PP17.
Copy and paste into selection.
Grab selected CU of tube.  C/P and move into position.  Re-size 80%.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN

Now for some elements:
Element 46 – C/P and move to bottom middle of tag, over frame layer.

Element 21 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to middle left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror then flip.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38 – C/P and move to middle left side of tag over element 21.  Duplicate and mirror then flip.
(see tag for placement)
Element 9 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to top middle part of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 84 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to top right corner of frame.  Duplicate and mirror then flip.
(see tag for placement)
Element 86 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom middle of tag over element 46.
(see tag for placement)
Element 76 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of tag in front of copy of element 84.
(see tag for placement)
Element 82 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of tag but right side of element 76.
(see tag for placement)
Element 95 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom right side of tag beside element 86
(see tag for placement) 
Element  103 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of tag in front of element 76
(see tag for placement)


Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P tube over copy of element 84 layer.  Re-size that tube layer by 40%.  Duplicate and move copy layer under frame layer.  Highlight frame layer.  Grab magic wand and click inside frame.  Highlight copy of tube layer.  Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 10 PIXELS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.  Highlight frame layer again.  Grab magic wand again and click inside frame.  Now highlight original tube layer.  SELECTIONS - INVERT.  Now grab the ERASER tool and erase parts of original tube layer you do not want showing.  I also SELECTED element 46.  Then I went to SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE FLOAT - INVERT and erased more of the original tube layer.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 7.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 7 into selection.  
 Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find WSL Mask 84 – OK.   
Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 110%.

Let’s do the frame layer now:
Element 37 – C/P and leave it where it lands.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frames. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 2 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under frame layer.  Open Paper 6.
Copy and paste into selection.
Open 2nd CU of tube.  C/P and move into position.  Re-size 70%.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY. 
Element 21 - C/P and move over top of tube layer where you like.

Now for some elements:
Element 4 – C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to top middle of tag under frame layers

Element 42 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to upper left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to top left side of frame.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 32 – C/P and move to left side of tag over frame layer.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 20 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to right side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 14 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom left side of tag in front of copy of element 20.
(see tag for placement)
Element 13 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to bottom right side of tag in front of element 20.
(see tag for placement)
Element 22 – C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to top left side on top of copy of element 20.
(see tag for placement)
Element 39 – C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to top right side on top of element 20.

Now the tube layer:

C/P and mirror.  Re-size 65%.  Move a bit to the left side of tag.
