PTU Princessella

This tutorial was written by me on July 15, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP23.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP23 into selection.  Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find Masks by Lise 5 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size mask 110%

Let’s do the frame layer for now:
Element 49 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Move up just a little bit.
Element 6 - C/P and move over frame layer.

Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 10 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under frame layer.  Open PP15.  Copy and paste into selection.
Keep selected.  Open tube if you are using the same one as me.  C/P and move where desired. 
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to OVERLAY.

Now for some elements:
Element 78 – C/P and move to top left corner under all frame layers.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 71 – C/P and move to top right corner under all frame layers.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 11 – C/P and move down and a little to the left of frame but still under it.
(see tag for placement)
Element 84 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left of frame.  Make sure it is on the frame layer.

Element 14 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to lower left of frame over but to the left of frame.  Make it look like it's sitting over red carpet of element 11.

Element 82 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to upper left side on frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 21 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to upper fight on frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 34 – C/P and move to bottom right beside frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 35 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to right side of frame and right of element 34.
(see tag for placement)
Element 56 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to right side of frame but to the left of element 35.

Element 25 – C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to right side of frame but in front of element 35.
(see tag for placement)
Element 26 – C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to bottom right side of frame on top of element 26.
(see tag for placement)
Element 10 – C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to bottom right side of frame but in front of element 26.

Element 63 – C/P and re-size 15%.  Free rotate 11ยบ left and move over top of element 56.

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P tube and move to bottom middle of tag. 
 (see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
