PTU Little Wish

This tutorial was written by me on July 8, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP7.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP7 into selection.  Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINACE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find MB & SW23 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size mask 110%

Let’s do the frame layer for now:
Element 18 – C/P and move up just a little bit.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 10 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under frame layer.  Open PP15.  Copy and paste into selection. 
Keep selected.  Open tube if you are using the same one as me.  C/P and move where desired. 
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.

Now for some elements:
Element 53 – C/P and move to top left corner under all frame layers.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 6 – C/P and move to top left over Element 53.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 118 – C/P and move over frame layer.  Leave in very top middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 111 – C/P and move over to top left side over Element 53.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 56 – C/P and move to top right side of frame.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 71 – C/P and move to bottom right side of tag.  Duplicate 3 times for 4 layers and move around to look like a larger piece of grass.

Element 57 – C/P and move to right side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 115 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move down and over to the right of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 70 – C/P and move down in front of Element 18 (frame) layers.
(see tag for placement)
Element 86 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move down and to the left of tag in front of Element 70.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 82 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move down and to the right of tag in front of Element 86.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 102 – C/P and move to left side of tag over frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move copy down a little bit.

Element 21 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 5 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to the bottom middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 33 – C/P and move down a bit on tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 96 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to very bottom middle of tag.

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P tube and re-size 90%. 
Move to the right side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
