This tutorial was written by me on May 1, 2015.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X6 but any version would work.

Scrap Kit: Lady Stephanie by Scrappin With Lil Ole Me

Mask: WSL 3  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 6.  Open mask (WSL 3) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 6 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 3 – OK.  
Duplicate and merge down.

This will be the frame layer:   
Element 51C/P and move up on tag.  Make sure element 51 layer is still highlightedGrab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.   
SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 10 pixels. 
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 19.
SELECTION - SELECT NONE.  Now grab the tube you are using.
If you are using the same one as me, grab her now.  
Mirror, then C/P and move her into position on the left side of the frame.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and leave the original tube layer on LUMINANCE(L) and reduce the opacity to 50%.

Now onto some elements: 
Element 62 - C/P and move to the upper right side of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 59 - C/P and move to upper right side of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 57 - C/P and move to upper middle of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).

Element 54 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to upper right corner of frame.   Make sure this layer, and all other layer(s), are OVER the frame layer(s).

Element 49 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to upper left corner of frame.

Element 143 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom middle of frame.
(see tag for placement)
  Element 81 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of frame.
(see tag for placement) 
Element 39 - C/P and re-size 35%.  Move to bottom far left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 64 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of tag but to the right of element 39.

Element 96 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over element 39.
(see tag for placement)
Element 18 - C/P and re-size 35%.  Move to bottom middle of tag.

Element 20 - C/P and re-size 35%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag in front of element 39.
(see tag for placement)
Element 98 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom middle of tag in front of element 18.
(see tag for placement)
Element 115 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of tag, but to the right of element 20.
(see tag for placement)
Element 12 - C/P and re-size 15%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over the middle of element 115.

Element 10 - C/P and re-size 15%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over element 115, but to the left of element 12.

Element 14 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over element 115, but to the right of element 10.

Element 113 - C/P and re-size 15%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over element 115, in front of elements 14, 10, 12 and 113.

Element 21 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom right side of tag.

Element 58 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to top left side of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 90 - C/P and move to upper part of frame and just a tad to the right.

I placed the tube layer(s) here: 
If your gonna use the same tube as I did, C/P your choice of the full version of the tube now.  Re-size 25% and move her to the bottom right side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I've used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I add name and © info and then save.

Scrap Kit: Happy Halloween by Daniela E

Mask: WSL 287  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 7.  Open mask (WSL 287) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 7 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 287 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down. 
Re-size 115%.
 
This will be the frame layer:   
Frame 3C/P and re-size 60%.  Move down just a tad.  Make sure your frame layer is still highlightedGrab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.  SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 pixels.
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 3.  Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using.  If you are using the same one as me, mirror and grab it now.  C/P and re-size 50%.  Move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer.  Move copy under original tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and leave the original tube layer on SCREEN.

Now onto some elements: 
Element 118  - C/P and resize 75%.  Move to top middle of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).

Element 42 - C/P and move to bottom middle of tag.  This layer is also UNDER the frame layer(s).

Element 100 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.  This layer is also UNDER the frame layer(s).

Element 54 - C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to lower left side of tag in front of element 100.  Duplicate and mirror.  This layer is also UNDER the frame layer(s).

 Element 20- C/P and re-size 65%.  Move to lower right side of tag over element 54.  Duplicate and mirror.  This layer is also UNDER the frame layer(s).

Element 76 - C/P and re-size 80%.  Mirror and move to lower left corner of frame.  Make sure this layer, and all other layer(s), are OVER the frame layer(s).

Element 25 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to top left corner of frame.

Element 45 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 34 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Mirror and move to bottom middle, but a bit left on tag.

Element 103 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to upper left side over frame.

Element 1 - C/P and re-size 55%.  Move to top right side of tag above frame.

I placed the tube layer(s) here:
If you are using the same tube as me.  C/P and re-size 45%.  Mirror and move to bottom right corner of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.

Opacity 70

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

Mask: WSL 84  HERE 

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 4.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 4 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.

Now for the frame:
Frame 2 - C/P and re-size 80%.  Leave it in the middle of tag.  Make sure your frame layer is still highlighted.  Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.  SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 pixels.
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 1.  Keep selected.
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now.  C/P over frame and then move her into position.  Duplicate and move the copy under frame but over paper layer.  SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT - SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.
Grab your magic wand again.  Go to frame layer and click in the middle of frame again.  Grab the eraser tool now.  SELECTION - INVERT and go to original tube layer and then erase the parts of tube you don't want. 
SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.

Lets do some elements now:
Element 25 - C/P and leave it where it lands.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer and original tube layer.

Element 44 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move this to the left side of frame.  Make sure this and all other layer(s) will be OVER the frame layer.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 15 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of frame.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 16 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 11 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom middle of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 14 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 49 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom right corner over element 14, but on the left side of that element.
(see tag for placement)
Element 36 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 41  C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom right corner of tag in front of element 14.

Element 24 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to top left corner of frame over element 44.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38 - C/P and leave it where it lands.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 2.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 2 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.

Now for some elements:

Element 19 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to bottom left side in front of element 11.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 25- C/P and move to bottom middle of tag in front of element 11 and 19 as well as copy of element 19.

Element 28 - C/P and move to top middle of tag.
(see tag for placement) 

I'll place the tube layer now: 
If you are using the same tube as me, grab your favorite version now.  C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to the bottom middle of tag.
