Here goes: 

Open template - Shift D to duplicate and then delete CR layer.

I don't like a white background unless I really need one, so I clear the white background by highlighting the BACKGROUND layer and going to EDIT - CLEAR.

IMAGE -  CANVAS SIZE - 800 X 600

Highlight layer 1.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT - NEW RASTER LAYER

Open Paper1 - C/Paste Into Selection - SELECT NONE - 

Hide or delete layer 1

Highlight layer 2.  SELECTION - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT - NEW RASTER LAYER

Open Paper9 - C/Paste Into Selection - SELECT NONE -

Hide or delete layer2

Highlight layer 3.   SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT - NEW RASTER LAYER

Open Paper10 - C/Paste Into Selection - SELECT NONE -

Hide or delete layer3

Do the same for layer 4.

Highlight layer 5.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT - NEW RASTER LAYER

Open Paper5 - C/Paste Into Selection - SELECT NONE -

Hide or delete layer 5

Highlight layer 6.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT - NEW RASTER LAYER

 Open Water Element  - C/Paste Into Selection - SELECT NONE -

Highlight layer 6 again and colorize.  I used Hue 36 - Saturation 76

 Highlight layer 7 then 8.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT - NEW RASTER LAYER

 Open Paper7 - C/Paste Into Selection - SELECT NONE -

Hide or delete layers7&8

Highlight layer 10 and merge down to layer 9 and colorize.  I used Hue 154 Saturation 76

 Highlight layer 9.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT

 C/P tube.  Place and resize to your preference. SELECTION - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTION INVERT again.

Duplicate tube layer.  On top layer, ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR and change blend mode to Hard Light.  On original tube layer, change blend mode to Luminance (L)

Delete layers 12 & 13

Now for the elements.

We will be using these elements:

 Sword Skull - C/P - leave in middle but move to layer below words.

Tree - Resized 70% - C/P and move to the left side, move to layer above SwordSkull layer.

Trunk - C/P and resize 50% and move to right bottom corner.

Grass - C/P and resize 80% and move behind tree on the left.

Lizard - C/P and resize 80% and move to in front of trunk.

Ghost Pirate - C/P behind raster 7 and move him down a bit.  (see my tag)

Add Tube.  I resized mine 45% - Mirrored and moved it slightly to the left. 

Move "Aquatic Dreams" words down a bit 

Add drop shadow to all layers.

I used

V & H 2

Opacity 70

Blur 7

Color Black

Now, the mask layer.

Highlight very bottom layer.

Copy paper4

SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - NEW RASTER LAYER - PASTE INTO SELECTION - SELECT NONE

LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED - Vix_Mask 389  OK - MERGE GROUP

(if mask is not dark enough for you, you can duplicate it and then merge down)

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .PNG and resize if you wish.

I resize before I save and add name and © info.

FTU Sexy Steampunk

Here goes: 

Start a new image 700 X 700 - Transparent.

Open Frame2.  C/P and resize 60%.

Use your magic wand and click inside of frame.

Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND to 10.

Add New Raster Layer.

Open paper5.  C/Paste into selection.  Keep selection.

Open tube.  C/P the Close-up and resize 70%.  Place to your liking of view example for placement.

SELECTION - INVERT and tap delete button.

SELECTION - INVERT again and duplicate tube layer.

 Highlight copy of tube layer.

ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR - RADIUS 25.00

BLEND MODE - HARD LIGHT

Highlight original tube layer.

BLEND MODE - DODGE.

SELECTION NONE.

Now for the elements.

We will be using these elements.

Corner - Resized 70% - C/P and move to the top right side and make it the bottom layer

Dish - Resized 70% - C/P and move to the lower right side

Flower - Resized 50% - C/P and move to the upper left side

Binding - Resized 70% - C/P and move to the left

Clock Pin - Resized 80% - C/P and move to the right

 Gadgets - Resized 60% - C/P - Mirror - Flip - Move to the right bottom

Heart - Place as shown

Add Tube.  I resized mine 50% - Mirrored and moved it slightly to the right

Add drop shadow to all layers.

I used

V & H 2

Opacity 70

Blur 7

Color Black

Now, the mask layer.

 Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

OK, Lets get started.

First, change the color of the circle, the small rectangle and large rectangle to match your tube.  

If you are using the same tube, highlight layer 9.  Clicked ADJUST - HUE AND SATURATION - HUE/SATURATION/LIGHTNESS  and used these settings:

Highlight layer 6 - hold down CTRL key and tap "Y" key.  Do the same for layer 3 and paper layer.

Highlight layer 9 again.  C/P your tube as a new layer.  Resized 60% positioned as you like.  Go back to layer 9 and used magic wand and click in the circle.  Now you have marching ants, go to SELECTIONS - INVERT.  Go back to the tube layer and tap delete key.  Go back to SELECTIONS - INVERT and you should only have the marching ants around the circle again.  Duplicate your tube layer.  Go to ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR and use this setting:

Go to BLEND MODE and choose HARD LIGHT.  Go back to original tube layer and go to EFFECT - PLUGINS - XERO PORCELAIN/XL and use these settings:

 

 Then go back to BLEND MODE and choose LUMINANCE (LEGACY)

 Highlight layer 4.  Go to SELECTION - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DEFLOAT.  Add New Raster Layer.  C/P Paper 26 as a new raster layer.  Resize paper 60%.  Place paper as desired.  SELECTION - INVERT and tap DELETE button.  SELECTION NONE.  Hide or delete layer 4.

Now for the Elements. 

See tag for placement.

Open Element 25 -  C/P & Move to the left.

Open Element 44 - C/P & Resize 50% - Move to left.

Open Element 110 - C/P.  Move to the right.  Duplicate - Mirror and flip.

 Open Element 108 - C/P  - Move to right.  Duplicate - Mirror and Flip.

 Add tube.  I resized mine 40% and moved to right.

Now some widow dressing.

Highlight Layer 3 - EFFECT - EYE CANDY 4000 - GRADIENT GLOW and use these settings:

Do the same for paper layer and layers 1, 6, 7 and 8.

You can also do the same for the word art layers, if you kept those and want to.

(I change the color order of Eye Candy for Sweet & Innocent, where the example has white and black, I used black and white.)

Let's do the Mask layer now.

Highlight background layer.  Go to EDIT - CLEAR.

Add New Raster Layer - SELECTION - SELECT ALL.

Open paper - EDIT - COPY - PASTE INTO SELECTION - SELECTION NONE.

Go to LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER -  FROM IMAGE - ADD MASK FROM IMAGE - from the drop down CHOOSE Mask 42 MB and SW - make sure you select SOURCE LUMINANCE and OK.  

Add Drop Shadow to all the layers you wish.  I used

V & H 2

Opacity 70

Blur 7

Color Black

On Layers 1, 2, 3, paper layer, heart layers, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, tree layer, horse layer,  tube and word art layers.

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .PNG and resize if you wish.

I resize before I save and add name and © info.
