PTU Geisha Girl

This tutorial was written by me on July 16, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP25.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP25 into selection.  Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINACE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find Vix Big Mask 018 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size mask 105%

Let’s do the frame layer for now:
Element 28 – C/P and move up just a little bit.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 10 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under frame layer.  Open PP23.  Copy and paste into selection. 
Keep selected.  Open tube if you are using the same one as me, snag the CU.  C/P and move where desired. 
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) and lower opacity of that layer to 65.
Element 20 - C/P and move to top of paper layer but under frame.

Now for some elements:
Element 36 – C/P and move to top middle under all frame layers.
(see tag for placement)
Element 8 – C/P and move to middle right side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 37 – C/P and move to upper left side of tag so that the end doesn't show.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 49 – C/P and move to middle left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 30 – C/P and re-size 35%.  Move to middle right side over element 49.
(see tag for placement)
Element 105 – C/P and move to middle left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 108 – C/P and move to middle right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 41 – C/P and move to middle left over element 105.  Duplicate and mirror over element 108
(see tag for placement)
Element 74 – C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to lower left of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 66 – C/P and re-size 45%.  Move to bottom middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 39 – C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom right side.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 59 – C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to top middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 102 – C/P and move to left side of tag over frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move copy down a little bit.

Element 5 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to the bottom middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 33 – C/P and move down a bit on tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 96 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to very bottom middle of tag.

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P full tube move to the left side of tag. 
 (see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
