PTU In The City

This tutorial was written by me on July 6, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Artist: The Hunter
You can find his tubes at Scraps And The City  HERE
Do not use this tube unless you have a license.
Scrap Kit:  City Night by Design By Joan
You can buy her kits at Scraps and the City  HERE

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:

NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINACE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find MB& SW45 – OK.  Duplicate mask layer.  Merge down to one layer.

Let’s do the frame layer for now:
Element 15 – C/P and leave in the middle of tag.

Duplicate Element 16.   Re-size copy 80%.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of Element 16 copy.
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 15 PIXELS.

SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY.

Now for some elements:
Element 13 – C/P and move to right side of tag under Element 15 layer but over mask layer.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 26 – C/P and leave in middle of tag over mask layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 85 – C/P and move to upper middle of tag under Element 15 layer.  Change BLEND MODE to Luminance (L)
