PTU In The City

This tutorial was written by me on July 6, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 5.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper5 into selection.  Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINACE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find MB& SW45 – OK.  Duplicate mask layer.  Merge down to one layer.

Let’s do the frame layer for now:
Element 15 – C/P and leave in the middle of tag.
Element 16 – C/P and leave in middle of tag.
Duplicate Element 16.   Re-size copy 80%.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of Element 16 copy. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 15 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under Copy Element 16 layer.  Open Paper 5. 
Copy and paste into selection.  Keep selected. 
Open CU of tube if you are using the same one as me.  C/P and move where desired. 
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY.

Now for some elements:
Element 13 – C/P and move to right side of tag under Element 15 layer but over mask layer.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 26 – C/P and leave in middle of tag over mask layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 85 – C/P and move to upper middle of tag under Element 15 layer.  Change BLEND MODE to Luminance (L)

Element 86 – C/P move leave where it lands.
(see tag for placement)
Element 10 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom middle of tag over frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 89 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom left of side tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 22 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 24 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to middle left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 65 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to top left side of tag over Element 24.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 75 – C/P and move to upper part of tag and a bit to the right.
(see tag for placement)
Element 31 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to upper middle side of tag over Element 16.
(see tag for placement)

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P full size of tube and re-size 80%. 
Move a bit to the right side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
