PTU Little Red

This tutorial was written by me on July 16, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Artist: PinUp Toons

Scrap Kit:  Little Red by Amy Marie’s Kits
This is an exclusive kit and you can

Mask:  WSL 84  HERE

Now for some special little effects.
Duplicate  Element 44 (wolf face) and go to ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR - 25 PIXELS.  Change BLEND MODE of copy to HARD LIGHT and leave original layer on NORMAL but lower the opacity to 35.

Now duplicate Element 36 and move over the wolf face layer.  Go highlight the moon layer (element 40) and go to SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE-FLOAT.  Go back and highlight the copy of Element 36 and erase the parts of the branches that are over the wolf face.

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P tube and re-size 50%.
Move to the bottom and a little bit to the right side of tag.
 (see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
