PTU Moonlight Goth

This tutorial was written by me on July 5, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 6.  Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP15 into selection.  Go to LAYERS –
NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINACE - CHECKED – from drop down menu, find Mask by Lise 7 – OK.  Duplicate mask layer several times.  Merge down to one layer.

Let’s do the frame layer for now:
Frame 2 – C/P and re-size 80%.  Leave in the middle of tag.
Frame 3 – C/P and re-size 75%.  Leave in middle of tag.
Move both up just on tag just a little.
Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of Frame 3. 
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 4 PIXELS. 
New Raster Layer.  Move under Frame 3 layer.  Open Paper 2. 
Copy and paste into selection.  Keep selected. 
Open CU of tube if you are using the same one as me.  C/P and move where desired. 
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.

Now for some elements:
Element 1 – C/P and re-size 65%.  Mirror and move to right side of tag over Frame 3 layer.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 18 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to lower left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 26 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to lower right side of tag over Element 18.  Duplicate and mirror

Element 33 – C/P and flip.  Re-size 70%.  Move to bottom right of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 30 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to upper left side of tag over frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 6 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to left of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 14 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over Element 33. 
Duplicate and mirror

Element 11 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move down in middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 2 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to middle right side of tag.

Element 21 – C/P mirror and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom over Element 11
(see tag for placement)
Element 19 – C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to middle right side of tag over Element 6.

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
Choose version you like.  I used purple to match kit.  C/P tube and mirror and re-size 85%. 
Move to right side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
