This tutorial was written by me on July 3, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely
coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:
Lets start with the mask layer:
Open PP3.
Hold down
SHIFT button and tap you “D” key. Close Original PP3.
Open mask and minimize.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE –
SOURCE LUMINACE CHECKED – from drop down menu, find MASKS BY LISE 4 – OK.
Duplicate mask. Merge down.
Now for some elements:
Element 154 – C/P and move to upper left corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror then flip.

Element 61– C/P and move to upper left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 123 – C/P and re-size 80%.
Leave in the middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 64 – C/P and re-size 80%.
Move down to bottom of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 2 – C/P and re-size 95%.
Move to middle left of tag. Do a
drop shadow on this with white instead of black. Use the same drop shadow you will see on the
bottom of this tutorial.

Element 105 – C/P and re-size 70%.
Move to bottom left side of tag.

Element 141 – C/P and re-size 30%.
Move to bottom left side of tag beside car. Duplicate and move so it looks like a pair of
boots.

Element 142 – C/P and re-size 30%.
Move to bottom left of tag over boots.
(see tag for placement)
Let us now work on the frame
layer:
Highlight the frame layer. Grab
your magic wand. Click in the middle of
frame.
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 4 PIXELS.
Open PP017. Copy and paste into
selection. Keep selected. C/P tube and re-size 50%. Move tube into position. Duplicate tube layer.
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original
tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.
Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me, Copy and paste tube and re-size
45%.
Move to far right side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png
and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
