PTU Sexy General
This tutorial was written by me on June 21, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely
coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:
The mask layer.
Open Paper 6 - Hold down SHIFT key and press the "D" key to
duplicate paper.
Close Paper 6. Re-size to 800 X
800.
LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED – MB&SW20
- OK - MERGE GROUP.
Frame layer:
Element 36 - C/P and grab magic wand selection tool. Click on
inside of frame. SELECTIONS – MODIFY –
EXPAND 16 PIXELS. Then go to EDIT – COPY
- PASTE INTO SELECTION.
Element 16 – C/P and move a bit to the right behind frame.
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Element 34 – C/P and move down in frame.
SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Element 4 – C/P and re-size 40%. Mirror
and move to right corner of frame.
Element 37 – Move over helicopter.

SELECTIONS – SELECT NONE.
Now for some other elements.
Element 57- C/P and move to bottom left of tag behind frame layer.

Element 19 - C/P and move left side of tag behind frame. Duplicate
and mirror.

Element 78 - C/P re-size 40%. Move
to top left of frame. Erase part that
should be behind frame.

Element 53 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom of tag so it looks
like it’s fell from helicopter.

Element 41 - C/P move to bottom right side of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 52 - C/P and re-size 55%.
Move to right side of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 64 - C/P and re-size 30%.
Move to right of frame.
(see tag for placement).
Element 29 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to top right of frame. Make it look like it’s hanging over frame.

Element 10 - C/P and re-size 30%.
Move bottom right of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 11 - C/P and re-size 30%.
Move to bottom right of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 69 – C/P and re-size 70%.
Move to left side of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Now the tube layer:
Open tube. C/P and move to left
side of frame.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png
and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
