PTU Remy

This tutorial was written by me on June 16, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes: 

The mask layer.
Open Paper 5 - Hold down SHIFT key and press the "D" key to duplicate paper. 
Close Paper 5.
Add NEW RASTER LAYER and go to LAYERS -  ARRANGE - SEND TO BOTTOM. 
Highlight paper layer.
 LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED - WSL84 - OK - MERGE GROUP.
  
Frame layer.
Highlight mask layer.
 Frame 1- C/P and leave where it lands.

Grab magic wand and click inside frame.  
SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - SELECTIONS - INVERT
Paper 1 - C/P and move under frame layer.  Hit delete button
SELECTIONS - INVERT.  Keep selected.

Tube layer.
Open tube.  C/P and re-size 40%.  Move over Paper 1 layer.   Free rotate tube 20ยบ right.  Duplicate tube and go to original tube layer - ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR - 25 PIXELS.  Change blend mode to HARD LIGHT.

Elements layers.
Pearls - C/P and move to top of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move to layer above mask layer.

Sparkle - C/P and move to top of tag over pearl layer.  Duplicate and mirror.

Highlight frame layer.
Ribbon - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Chain - C/P and mirror.  Move to right side of frame.  Duplicate and move copy layer under Paper 1 layer.  Go back to original chain layer.  Erase part of chain layer so it looks like it's hanging over frame.

Cherries -  C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to top of frame.  Duplicate cherries.  Move copy under Paper 1 layer.  Go back to original cherries layer.  Erase part of cherries layer so that it looks like it's hanging over frame.

Dress Form - C/P and move to left of frame.
(see tag for placement).
Purse - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move over top of dress form.  Duplicate and move copy under dress forum.  Go back to original layer.  Erase a bit of handle so it looks like it is hanging on dress form.

Table - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to right of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Mirror - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move over table layer.
(see tag for placement)
 Perfume - C/P and re-size 15%.  Move to left of right of mirror over table.
(see tag for placement)
 Lipstick - C/P and re-size 15%.  Move to left of mirror.
(see tag for placement)
 Box Of Pearls - C/P and re-size 15%.  Move to left of lipstick.
(see tag for placement)
 Shoe with Pearl - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move down and beside dress form.
(see tag for placement)
 Umbrella - C/P and re-size 40%.  Mirror and move in front of table.
(see tag for placement)
Clouds - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to top left of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
 Candles - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom of frame over ribbon layer.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
