PTU Canadian Party Girl
This tutorial was written by me on June 25, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely
coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:
The mask layer.
Open Canadian Paper 2 – Copy and paste as new layer.
LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – ADD MASK FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE
CHECKED. INVERT MASK DATA UNCHECKED -
TT3MMM – OK. MERGE GROUP – DUPLICATE –
MERGE DOWN.
Some Elements:
Canadian Fireworks – C/P and move upper right corner of tag.

Star Spiral – C/P and move to upper middle of tag. Duplicate and flip. Colorize if you wish.

Party Note Trail – C/P and move to upper left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror. Colorize as above if you wish. You can use the settings I used below for
both.

Time to do the frame layer now:
Party Frame – C/P and re-size 120%. Leave in middle of tag.

Open Canadian Paper 4. Highlight
frame layer.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – FLOAT – DEFLOAT.
C/P paper and move where you want it.

SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE – SELECTIONS – SELECT NONE.
Canadian Flag – C/P and move under frame layer and re-size 125%. Grab magic wand and go to frame layer. Click inside frame. SELECTIONS – MODIFY –
EXPAND 4 PIXELS.
NEW RASTER LAYER, and move down under flag layer. Flood fill white.
Go back to flag layer. INVERT –
DELETE – keep selected still.
If you are using the same tube as me, open tube, chose version you like,
C/P and resize 70%. Move into
position. SELECTIONS – INVERT – DELETE –
INVERT.
Duplicate tube, on copy layer, go to ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – 25 RADIUS
– SELECTIONS – SELECT NONE.
Change BLEND MODE of copy layer to HARD LIGHT and the original layer to
MULTIPLY.
Now for some more elements:
Party Notes – C/P and move to middle of tag. Colorize as above.

Canadian Leaf – C/P and re-size 50%.
Move to right side of tag.

Canadian Cupcake – C/P and re-size 50%.
Move to left side of tag.
Duplicate and mirror
(see tag for placement)
Rock WA - C/P and move to bottom and
a little right in tag.
(see tag for placement)
Party Keyboard – C/P and resize 80%.
Move to bottom and a little to the left of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Party Eye – C/P and move to left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror. Colorize if you wish.

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as
me,
Open tube. C/P and move to the left
a little bit and over keyboard, so it looks like she is standing on the
keyboard.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png
and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
