PTU Dark Mermaid
This tutorial was written by me on June 17, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Here goes:
The mask layer.
Open a new transparent image @ 800 X 816.
Open Paper 8. Go to LAYERS -
NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED - VBM011 - OK -
MERGE GROUP. Duplicate Mask layer, merge down and duplicate again. Highlight the copy and mirror then flip.
Now for some elements.
Element 33 - C/P and move to the top right of tag. Duplicate and mirror

Element 28 - C/P and flip. Move to top of tag.

Element 31 - C/P and move to bottom left of frame. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 67
- C/P and re-size 85%. Move to left of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Frame and tube layers:
Element 21 - Re-size to 800 x 816 pixels before you C/P and re-size 70%. Grab magic wand selection tool. Click on inside of frame.
Next we go to, SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - keep selected.
Open Paper 7. C/P into selection. Still keep selected.
Element 26 - C/P and move a bit to the left. (see tag for placement)
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - keep
selected.

Element 38 - C/P and move up a bit. (see tag for placement)
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - keep
selected.

Open tube. Select the CU. C/P over Element 38 layer. Move into position (see tag for placement). Duplicate
tube. Go to ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR RADIUS 25.00. Change BLEND MODE to HARD LIGHT and then go to original tube layer. Change BLEND MODE to OVERLAY.
Back to Elements.
Element 9 - C/P and re-size 85%. Move to bottom right side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 44 - C/P and move down and middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 72 - C/P and move to right of frame layer.
(see tag for placement).
Element 20 - C/P and move to left of frame layer.
(see tag for placement).
Tube layer.
Open tube. C/P and mirror tube. Re-size 80% and move down on tag.
Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
