Here goes:  

The mask layer.

Open PP6 - Hold down SHIFT key and press the "D" key to duplicate paper. 

Close PP012.

Add NEW RASTER LAYER and go to LAYERS -  ARRANGE - SEND TO BOTTOM. 

Highlight paper layer.

 LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED - DBV113 - OK - MERGE GROUP.  duplicate several times.  Merge down.

  

Now for the elements.

 Element 12- C/P and move down on tag.

Element 65 - C/P and re-size 80%.  Mirror and move to bottom right side of tag.

(see tag for placement)

Element 75 C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom right side of tag over Element 65.

(see tag for placement) 

Element 9 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move right over Element 75.

(see tag for placement)

Element 56 - C/P and move to top right of tag.

(see tag for placement)

Element 15 - C/P mirror and move to left side of tag.

(see tag for placement)

Element 54 -  C/P and move left over Element 15.

(see tag for placement)

Element 58 - C/P and mirror.  Move to bottom right of tag over Element 75.

(see tag for placement).

Element 44 - C/P and re-size 60%.  Move down and right of tag.

(see tag for placement)

Element 41 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to left of tag.

(see tag for placement)

Element 18 - C/P and move down and over Element 15.

(see tag for placement)

Now for the Tube Layer.

Open tube.  If you are using the same tube, C/P and re-size 45%.  Move down over all other elements.

Opacity 70

Blur 7

Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
