PTU To Kiss A Frog

This tutorial was written by me on August 2, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Scrap Kit:  To Kiss A Frog by Devilish Dezines
This kit can be found at Scraps And The City  HERE
 Mask:  WSL 81  HERE
Font:   GE Basalt Script Font  HERE

Here goes:

The Mask Layer:
Open Paper 4.
Highlight very bottom layer.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and Paste Into Selection Paper 4.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED – CHOOSE WSL 81 from the drop down menu – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.

The elements:
Elements 23 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to left bottom middlish part of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.  Merge down.
(see tag for placement)
Elements 28 – C/P and move to bottom middle of tag.  OK, so this is what I did and it might be a bit complicated.  So I moved this down to the bottom of tag.  Then I duplicated this layer and moved up and over to the right side of tag under 23.  I then duplicated THIS layer and mirrored it.  I wanted more grass, so I then duplicated this layer and moved it down and kept doing that till I got the result I wanted.  I then merged all the grass layers down and didn't think I quite needed that much grass (You know how it goes when your making a tag... LOL)  So then I grabbed my eraser tool and started erasing a bit of each side of the grass to soften the look of the grass and not take over the bottom of the tag.  I also erased some of element 23 and copy of element 23 to kind of match.  I used the following settings:
(see tag for placement)

Element 24 – C/P and re-size 65%.  Move down a to the middle of the grass.
(see tag for placement)
Element 7 – C/P and move down just a little.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 36 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 13 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move down between element 36 and copy of element 36.
(see tag for placement)
Element 42 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to bottom of tag over element 24.
(see tag for placement)
Element 50 – C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to bottom of tag over element 50.
(see tag for placement)

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me,
C/P tube and move over layer using element 24 (water).  I moved the tube down just a little.  Duplicate the tube.  On the copy layer,
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to OVERLAY.
(see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
