creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version
would work.

Here goes:
The Mask Layer:
Open PP7.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and Paste PP7 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE
LUMINANCE CHECKED – CHOOSE fallmask1abstracthalocreations09
from the drop down menu – OK. Duplicate and merge down.
Open PP7.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and Paste PP7 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE
LUMINANCE CHECKED – CHOOSE fallmask1abstracthalocreations09
from the drop down menu – OK. Duplicate and merge down.
The elements:
Element 94 – C/P and Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 76 – C/P and re-size 20%. Move move up and over element 94.
(see tag for placement)
Element 69 – C/P and move to bottom left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 44 – C/P and Move to bottom middle but a little to the right.
(see tag for placement)
Element 39 – C/P and re-size 50%. Mirror and move to right side of 44.
Element 39 – C/P and re-size 50%. Mirror and move to right side of 44.

Element 18 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move over element 44.
(see tag for placement) Element 5 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to left side of element 44. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 102 – C/P and move in front of element 44. Duplicate 2 times and move copies so that it looks like one whole piece.

Element 97 – C/P and move to bottom right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 96 – C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 95 – C/P and move in front of element 97. Duplicate and mirror to be in front of element 96.

Element 3 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as
me, choose the layers you want.
C/P
tube. Move her so she looks like she is gonna walk through.

Add drop shadow to layers of your
choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name
and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add
name and © info.
