This tutorial was written by me
on August 11, 2013.
It was made out of my own
creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version
would work.

Here goes:
Let’s start
with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP17. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP17 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.
Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Let’s do the frame layer now:
Element 13 – C/P and move up just a bit.
Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of each frame.
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 8 PIXELS.
New Raster Layer. Move under frame layer. Open PP1.
Copy and paste into selection.
Grab tube. C/P and over paper layer and move into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT.
Duplicate tube layers.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L). Reduce opacity to 55.

Element 99 – C/P and move to bottom left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 104 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom left side in front of element 99. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 117 – C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom left side in front of element 104.

Element 109 – C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom left side in front of element 117.

Element 95 – C/P and re-size 85%. Move to bottom right side in front of copy of element 104.

Element 109 – C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom left side in front of element 117.

Element 51 – C/P and re-size 35%. Move to middle right side over copy of element 104.

Element 32 – C/P and move to bottom middle of tag in front of all other elements.

Element 111 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to right side of element 32.
Element 111 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to right side of element 32.

Element 86 - C/P and re-size 40%. Mirror an move to left side of tag over element 104.

Element 27 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move to top middle of tag over frame.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.

Now you can add name
and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add
name and © info.

I'm confused about the tube.. you say it's not available in the store but you link to the store??
ReplyDeleteSo that you might find another tube that will work just as well. He has some awesome tubes for fall themes. Sorry if your confused.
