This tutorial was written by me
on August 4, 2013.
It was made out of my own
creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version
would work.

Here goes:
Let’s start
with the mask layer:
New
Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP23. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS
– SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP23 into selection.
Go to LAYERS –
NEW
MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find MB & SW Mask 22 – OK. Duplicate and merge down.
Let’s do the frame layer now:
Element 11 + 12 – C/P 12 and leave in the middle. C/P 11 and re-size 95%.
Grab your magic wand. Click
in the middle of element 11
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 6 PIXELS.
New Raster Layer. Move under frame layer. Open PP5.
Copy and paste into
selection.
Grab selected CU of tube. C/P and move into position. Re-size 80%.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT.
Duplicate tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original
tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.

Now for some elements:
Element 178 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to top left corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 9 – C/P and move to left side over tube layers. Duplicate and mirror then flip.

Element 76 – C/P and move to right side on top of frame layers. Free rotate 15º right.

Element 122 – Copy and move left and up a bit over frame layer.

Element 81 – C/P and re-size 60%. Move to left bottom side of frame. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 13 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom in between element 81 and copy of.
(see tag for placement)
Element 58 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 51 – C/P and move to bottom right of tag in front of element 58.
(see tag for placement)
Element 48 - C/P and move to bottom right corner in front of element 51.

Element 48 - C/P and move to bottom right corner in front of element 51.

Element 196 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right corner in front of element 58.

If you are using the same tube as
me,
C/P tube and re-size 50%. Mirror an move over to bottom left side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your
choosing.

V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name
and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add
name and © info.
