PTU Sad Baby

This tutorial was written by me on August 15, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version would work.

Artist: The Hunter
You can find these tubes at Scraps And The City  HERE
Do not use this tube unless you have a license.
Scrap Kit: Sad Baby by Bibi's Collection
You can find this kit at Scraps And The City   HERE
Mask: WSL 84 (Wee Scott Lass)  HERE
Template:  Kandi Kissez NEVERLAND  HERE
Font: Pendulum Font  HERE

Here goes:
The Template first:
Open template in PSP.  Hold down SHIFT button and tap your “D” key.  Close the original template.  Delete the “Credits” layer with her CR info.
I don't like a white background unless I really need one, so I clear the white background by highlighting the BACKGROUND layer and go to EDIT - CLEAR.
Next I changed the canvas size to 800 X 800.  We are gonna do basically the same thing for the following layers, so in an effort to stop repeating myself, here is what you will do for each layer that we change out:

Highlight layer.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE FLOAT
Open Paper - C/P - SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE
Delete layer.

So it will go something like this:
You will be changing layers top rectangle, bottom rectangle, right blue circle, right rectangle, left blue circle, left rectangle and purple circle.  For this tag, you can go ahead and delete the black shape, finding neverland word art, dotted lines and stars.  We will rename the other layers as paper layers to make this tutorial make sense.

Highlight top rectangle.  Follow directions above.  Use Paper 5.  Rename Paper 5.
Highlight right blue circle.  Same as above.  Use Paper 2.  Rename Paper 2.

Highlight bottom rectangle.  Same as above.  Use Paper 5.  Rename Paper 5.
Highlight right rectangle.  Same as above.  Use Paper 3.  Rename Paper 3.
Highlight left blue circle.  Same as above.  Use Paper 2.   Rename Paper 2.
Highlight left rectangle.  Same as above.  Use Paper 3.  Rename Paper 3.
Highlight purple circle.  Same as above.  Use Paper 6.  Rename Paper 6.
Move all those layers up and over to the left of tag.

For this tag, I grabbed element 61.  C/P and re-sized 50 percent.  Moved up and right on paper 6 layer.
Opened element 57.  C/P and moved down but in the middle of paper 6 layer in front of element 61.
(see tag for placements)

Now for some elements:
Element 60 – C/P and re-size 40%%.  Move under all word art layers.  Leave in bottom middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 53 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of tag beside element 60.
(see tag for placement)

Now the Tube layer:
This is where I put the tube layer.  So if you are using the same one, grab it now and paste over all layers.  Re-size 70% and move to bottom right corner of tag.
I wanted to add an element here, so I grabbed element 45.  Moved it so it sat between her and her arm.  I then re-sized this element by 50%.  Then I copied that element and move the copy layer under the tube layer.  Highlighted the original element layer and deleted the parts of it that sat on the tubes hand.  I wanted it to look like she was kind of holding on to it.
Element 47 – C/P and re-size 60%.  Mirror and move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 63 – C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left corner over element 47
(see tag for placement)
Element 71 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to upper left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Now for the mask layer:
Open Paper 4.
Highlight very bottom layer.  SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and paste Paper 4 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED – CHOOSE WSL 84 from the drop down menu – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 110%.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.
Let me know what you think of this tutorial.
