This tutorial was written by me
on August 10, 2013.
It was made out of my own
creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version
would work.

Here goes:
Let’s start
with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP5. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP5 into selection.
Open element 85. C/P and duplicate several times. Move it around the paper. Merge word art down to the paper.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.
Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Now for some elements:
Element 17 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Let’s do the frame layer now:
Element 71 – C/P and move up just a bit.
Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of each frame.
SELECTIONS – MODIFY – EXPAND 8 PIXELS.
New Raster Layer. Move under frame layer. Open PP6.
Copy and paste into selection.
Grab tube. C/P and over paper layer and move into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT.
Duplicate tube layers.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L).

Element 34 – C/P and move to top left side of tag.

Element 33 – C/P and move to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement) Element 17 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 44 – C/P and move to bottom middle of frame over element 17.

Element 102 – C/P and move to left side over frame layer.

Element 94 – C/P and re-size 60%. Move to right side of frame.

Element 102 – C/P and move to left side over frame layer.

Element 94 – C/P and re-size 60%. Move to right side of frame.

Element 105 – C/P and re-size 50%. Move to middle and to the left of element 102. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 101 – C/P and re-size 40%. Move to left side of element 105.

Element 99 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to right side of tag beside copy of element 105.
Element 99 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to right side of tag beside copy of element 105.

Element 83 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to left side of tag beside element 101.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
Element 83 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to left side of tag beside element 101.

Color Black
Now you can add name
and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add
name and © info.
