PTU Magician Babe
This tutorial was written by me
on September 13, 2013.
It was made out of my own
creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version
would work.

Mask: WSL 84 HERE
Filter: Eye Candy 5 Impact - Backlight
Font: Floydian Font HERE
Here goes:
The Mask Layer:
Open Paper 8.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and Paste Paper 8 into Selection.
The Mask Layer:
Open Paper 8.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and Paste Paper 8 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER –
FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL84 from the drop down menu – OK. Don't forget to MERGE GROUP. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Grab the largest CU of tube. C/P and move over mask layer.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER –
FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL84 from the drop down menu – OK. Don't forget to MERGE GROUP
FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL84 from the drop down menu – OK. Don't forget to MERGE GROUP. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Grab the largest CU of tube. C/P and move over mask layer.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER –
FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL84 from the drop down menu – OK. Don't forget to MERGE GROUP
The elements:
Element 22 – C/P and re-size 60%. Move to top left corner of tag. I used Eye Candy 5 Impact - Back light on this element. I used the following settings.

Element 1 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.

Element 20 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 12 – C/P and move to bottom right side in front of element 20.
(see tag for placement)
Element 3 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 3 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move to bottom left side of tag.

Element 29 – C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom left side in front of element 3.

Element 34 – C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 13 – C/P and re-size 30%. Mirror and move to the right side over element 34.
(see tag for placement)
Element 15 – C/P and re-size 20%. Move to left side and place on arm of scarecrow.
Element 13 – C/P and re-size 30%. Mirror and move to the right side over element 34.

Element 15 – C/P and re-size 20%. Move to left side and place on arm of scarecrow.

Element 26 – C/P and move leave in middle of tag.

Now the tube layer:
If you are using the same tube as me, grab tube.
C/P and re-size 80%. Mirror and move to bottom and a little left on tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your
choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name
and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add
name and © info.
