PTU Magic Bibi
This tutorial was written by me on September 26, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version will do.

Scrap Kit: Bibi by Bibi's Collection HERE
Mask: WSL 84 HERE
Font: Vtks BlackLet’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 11. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 11 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Now for some elements:SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 11 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 110%.
Element 42 – C/P and re-size 75%. Move to upper part of tag.

Element 1 – C/P and move to bottom half of tag.

Element 69 – C/P and re-size 90%. Leave where it lands

Element 44 – C/P and re-size 80%. Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 57 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom left side of tag. Duplicate and move copy to the right to make it look like one piece.

Element 39 – C/P and re-size 80%. Move to bottom right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 1 – C/P and move to bottom half of tag.

Element 69 – C/P and re-size 90%. Leave where it lands

Element 44 – C/P and re-size 80%. Move to bottom left side of tag.

Element 57 – C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom left side of tag. Duplicate and move copy to the right to make it look like one piece.

Element 39 – C/P and re-size 80%. Move to bottom right side of tag.

Element 41 – C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom right side of tag in front of element 39.

Element 51 - C/P and re-size 50%. Mirror, move to top left corner of tag.

Element 19 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move to bottom left of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38- C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 34 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left side of tag on right side of element 38.

Element 41 – C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom right side of tag in front of element 39.
(see tag for placement)
Element 51 - C/P and re-size 50%. Mirror, move to top left corner of tag.

Element 19 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move to bottom left of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38- C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 34 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left side of tag on right side of element 38.

Element 14 - C/P and re-size 30%. Mirror and move to bottom left corner of tag beside element 19.

Element 21 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left corner beside element 14.
(see tag for placement)
Element 28 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom right corner of tag.

Element 73 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom right over element 39.
(see tag for placement)
Element 50 - C/P and re-size 25%. Move to top right but left side of element 44.

Element 15 - C/P and re-size 65%. Flip and move up on tag.(see tag for placement)
I'll place the tube layer now:
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now. C/P and re-size 50%. Leave in the middle of tag.

Element 21 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left corner beside element 14.

Element 28 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom right corner of tag.

Element 73 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom right over element 39.
(see tag for placement)
Element 50 - C/P and re-size 25%. Move to top right but left side of element 44.
(see tag for placement)
Element 15 - C/P and re-size 65%. Flip and move up on tag.(see tag for placement)
I'll place the tube layer now:
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now. C/P and re-size 50%. Leave in the middle of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your
choosing.

Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
