PTU Green Eyes

This tutorial was written by me on March 9, 2015.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X6 but any version would work.

Mask: WSL 84  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 8.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 8 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  
Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.

This will be the frame layer:   
Element 104C/P and re-size 75%.  Free rotate 20º left.  Leave it where it is.  Make sure element 104 layer is still highlightedGrab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.  NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 13. Keep selected. 
Element 116 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to upper left corner of paper layer.  Change blend mode to SOFT LIGHT.
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now.  C/P over frame and then move her into position.  Re-size 40%.  Duplicate and move the copy under frame but over paper layer.  SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT - SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.
Grab your magic wand tool and click in the middle of frame.   
SELECTIONS - INVERT, grab the eraser tool now.  Erase the parts of the original tube you don't want.  SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.
Element 116 - C/P and leave it where it lands.  Make sure it is under the original tube layer but over the frame layer.

Now onto some elements: 
Element 62 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom middle of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).

Element 22 - C/P and move to upper right corner of tag.  Make sure this layer is also UNDER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror, then flip.

Element 40 - C/P and move over the tube lady is holding.  Make it look like it's floating out of the pot she is holding.  Make sure this layer, and all other layer(s), are OVER the frame layer(s).

Element 60 - C/P and move to bottom and a bit to the right over the frame.

Element 49 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom middle of frame.  Free rotate element 20º left.

 Element 54 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to top left corner of frame.  Free rotate 20º left.

Element 69 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left corner of frame.

Element 41 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom left side of frame but to the right of element 69.

Element 102 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom left side of frame OVER element 41.

Element 75 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of frame in front of element 69.
(see tag for placement)
Element 26 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of frame in front of element 69 but to the left of element 75.

Element 12 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom right corner of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I've used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I add name and © info and then save.
