PTU Fairy Tale

This tutorial was written by me on March 19, 2015.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X6 but any version would work.

Mask: WSL 3  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 21.  Open mask (WSL 3) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 21 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 3 – OK.  
Duplicate and merge down.

This will be the frame layer:   
Element 19C/P and move it up just a bit.  Make sure element 19 layer is still highlightedGrab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.  
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 11.
SELECTION - SELECT NONE.  Now grab the tube you are using.
If you are using the same one as me, grab it now.
C/P and move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and leave the original tube layer on MULTIPLY.

Now onto some elements: 
Element 50 - C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to upper right corner of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).

Element 78 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom right corner of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 6 - C/P and move to lower left side of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror and flip.

Element 1 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to middle left side of frame. 
Make sure this layer, and all other layer(s), are OVER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 88 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to top middle of frame.

Element 25- C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left corner of frame.  Duplicate and mirror.

 Element 46 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom right corner of tag.

Element 70 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom middle of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 127 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 118 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over element 127.

Element 22 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over element 127 and under element 118.

Element 54 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom left side of tag over element 127.

Element 148 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag.

Element 125 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom right side of tag, but to the left of element 46.

Element 159 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom right side of tag, but to the left of element 46 and to the right of element 125.

I placed the tube layer(s) here: 
If your gonna use the same tube as I did, C/P your choice of the full version of the tube now.  Mirror then move her to the bottom left side of tag over all other elements.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I've used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I add name and © info and then save.
