PTU The Sea Scape

This tutorial was written by me on April 18, 2015.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X6 but any version would work.

MaskWSL 3  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 5.  Open mask (WSL 3) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 3 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 3 – OK.
Duplicate and merge down.

There is no frame layer:
Now onto some elements: 
Element 16 - C/P and move to upper middle of tag.

Element 69 - C/P and mirror.  Move to bottom right side of tag.

Element 36 - C/P and leave where it lands, in the middle of the tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 14 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to upper left corner of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 8 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 77 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag in front of element 8.  Duplicate 3 times.  Mirror some and move to different places on tag.

  Element 13 - C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to bottom left side in front of elements 77 and 8.  Duplicate 2 times and move one to right side.  Mirror the third and move it to the middle of tag.

Element 11 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to bottom middle of tag.

Element 27 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom middle of tag in front of elment 11

Element 10 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom left side of tag in front of 27 and 11.

Element 5 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom right side of tag.

Element 131 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement) 
Element 105 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to upper right side of tag under element 131.

Element 104 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to middle left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 25 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Mirror and move to upper left side of tag.

Element 103 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom middle of tag.

Element 9 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to lower left corner of tag.  Duplicate and mirror then move copy up a little bit on tag.

I placed the tube layer(s) here: 
If you are using the same tubes as me, grab your chosen version now.  C/P tube 1 and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag.  C/P tube 2 and re-size 75%.  Move to right side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I've used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I add name and © info and then save.
