PTU Mardi Gras After Dark

This tutorial was written by me on February 21, 2015.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X6 but any version would work.

Artist: Freya Langford-Sidebottom
I was gifted this tube when she sold at Artistically Inclined Licensing
She no longer sells there and this tube is no longer available.
Remember that tutorials are just a guide and you do not have to use the same materials and artists.
Do not use this tube unless you have a license.
