Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 1.  Open mask (CTM Mask 5) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 1 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find CTM Mask 5 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 110%.

This will be the frame layer:
Element 118 – C/P and re-size 70%.  Free rotate left 15º.  Move to upper middle, and a bit left on tag.  Make sure your frame layer is still highlighted.  Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.
SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 4 pixels.
NEW RASTER LAYER - Make sure this layer is under frame layer.
C/Paste into selection Paper 16.  Keep selected.
Grab element 102.  C/P over paper layer and re-size 85%.
Change BLEND MODE to SOFT LIGHT.
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now.  I used Mermaid Girl 2.
C/P and re-size 40%.  Move into position
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and leave the original tube layer on SOFT LIGHT.

(see tag for placement)

Some elements now:
Element 90  - C/P and re-size 85%.  Move to lower left corner of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 105 - C/P and re-size 85%.  Move to bottom left side of frame.  Make sure this layer is also UNDER the frame layer(s).
(see tag for placement)
Element 92 - C/P and re-size 85%.  Move to bottom middle of frame.
Make sure this layer and all other layer(s) are OVER the frame layer(s).

Element 95 - C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to bottom right side of tag over element 93 and 92.
(see tag for placement)
Element 117 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to far left side of frame.  Make it look like it is hanging over frame.

I place the tube layer(s) here:
If you are using the same tube(s) as me.  C/P Perla Mermaid and re-size 45%.  Mirror and move to bottom middle of tag in front of all layers.
(see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.

  1. Hello Rain, first, I would like to thank you for taking a look at my tutorial. As for the question you asked me. The re-sizing percentage for the frame was 70%. The rest are all accounted for. I hope you enjoy this tutorial
