This tutorial was written by me on September 5, 2014.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X2 but any version will do.

Mask: WSL 84 HERE

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer(s): 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 9.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 9 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.

Lets do some elements now:
Element 110 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 10  - C/P and move to upper middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Frame 9 - C/P and move to upper middle of tag over element 10.
(see tag for placement)
Element 5 - C/P and move to upper middle of tag over element(s) 110 and 10.  It should look like drapes over a window with the moon and bats to be seen beyond the window.

Element 107 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 56 - C/P and move to bottom left of tag in front of element 107.
(see tag for placement)
Element 70 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side of tag in front, but to the left of, element 56.
(see tag for placement)
Element 109 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to bottom left side, but left of element 70.
(see tag for placement)
Element 46 - C/P and re-size 35%.  Move to left side of tag over element 109 like it is sitting on platform.
(see tag for placement)
Element 68 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Mirror and move to far right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 33 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 18 - C/P and re-size 35%.  Move to top left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 12 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom left side of tag in front of element 70.
(see tag for placement)
Element 67 - C/P and mirror and move to bottom middle of tag. 
(see tag for placement)
Element 78 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom of tag to look like it's sitting on chair (element 67).
(see tag for placement)

Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now.  C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to side of tag.

V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

Save and add name and © info.

Mask: WSL 84 & CTM 5  HERE  &  HERE

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer(s): 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 14.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 4 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.
Now open Paper 13.  Open mask (CTM 5) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 4 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find CTM 5 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.  Then flip and move a bit down and to the right on the tag.

Lets do some elements now:
Element 5 - C/P and move to upper right side of tag over mask layers.
(see tag for placement)
Element 2  - C/P and leave it where it lands on tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 105 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to bottom left side of tag.  Have it so it looks like it's sitting on the edge of bridge.

Element 109 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom left corner of element 2.
(see tag for placement)
Element 67 - C/P and mirror.  Move to the upper left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 57 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to very top left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element .gif - C/P and and re-size 70%.  Move to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 124 - C/P and move to upper right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 22 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to bottom left corner of element 2.
(see tag for placement)
Element 15 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom right corner of element 2.
(see tag for placement)
Element 12 - C/P and re-size 30%. Mirror and move to bottom left side of element 2.
(see tag for placement)

Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now.  C/P and move her to the bottom of the tag so that she seems to be standing on the bridge.

Let’s start with the mask layer:

Open Paper 6.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 6 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.
 
Lets do some elements now:
Element 4 - C/P and move to right side of tag.  Mirror, then duplicate and mirror again.

Element 50  - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to top middle of tag.

Element 42 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to right middle of tag in front of element 50.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 9 - C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to lower middle left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 10 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to lower middle of tag in front of element 50.
(see tag for placement)
Element 3 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to lower middle left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38 - C/P and move to lower left side of tag in front of, but a bit left of element 3.
(see tag for placement)
Element 63 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to far left side of tag in front of element 50.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 22 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to lower left middle of tag in front of element 38.
(see tag for placement)
Element 121 - C/P and move to lower right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 1 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to lower left side of tag in front of element 22.
(see tag for placement)
Element 37 - C/P and move to bottom right side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement) 
Element 75 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom middle of tag in between element 37 and copy of element 37.

Element 117 - C/P and re-size 75%.  Move to bottom right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)

Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now.  C/P and move her to the top of element 117.

Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

PTU My Little Magic Fairy World

This tutorial was written by me on July 5, 2014.

Scrap Kit:  My Little Fairy World

Mask: WSL 84  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 1.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 1 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.
 
This will be the frame layer:   
Element 7C/P and leave it where it lands.  Make sure your frame layer is still highlightedGrab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.  Make sure all the empty spots you want to see paper in is selected.
SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 pixels.
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 9.  Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using.  If you are using the same one(s) as me, grab the first one now.  Move her into position. 
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.  
Duplicate the tube layer.  
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and leave the original tube layer on OVERLAY.

Now onto some elements: 
Element 61  - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 144 - C/P and move to middle left side of frame.  Make sure this layer and all other layer(s) are now to be OVER the frame layer(s).  Duplicate and mirror and move into place.
(see tag for placement)
Element 54 - C/P and mirror and move to far left side over element 144 on left side of frame.
(see tag for placement)   
Element 17 - C/P and move to lower middle of tag.
 (see tag for placement)
 Element 112 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to far right side in front of element 144 on right side of frame.
(see tag for placement)
Element 16 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to right side of tag over element 112.  Erase parts of handle so it looks like it is hanging over plank.
(see tag for placement)
Element 134 - C/P and move to right side of tag over all elements.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)

I place the tube layer(s) here:
If you are using the same tube(s) as me.  C/P second tube.  Mirror and move to the bottom left side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add name and © info.

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800. Re-size 105%.
Open Paper 3.  Open mask (MBL Ex 7) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 3 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find MBL Ex 7 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.

 Lets do some elements now:

Element 80 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to top middle of tag.

Element 30  - C/P and move to far left side of tag.  Duplicate 4 times and move into place.  I did a couple of mirrors and just moved on to the middle.

Element 25 - C/P and Move to lower right side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 2 - C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to top left side of copy of element 25.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 13 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 15 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to middle of tag over element 13.
(see tag for placement)
Element 82 - C/P and Move to bottom right side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move copy up just a little.
(see tag for placement)
Element 84 - C/P and re-size 90%.  Move to far right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 83 - C/P and re-size 90%.  Move to far left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 24 - C/P and re-size 60%.  Move to middle right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 12 - C/P and re-size 70%.  Move to middle right side of tag in front of element 24.
(see tag for placement)
Element 85 - C/P and move to top right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)

Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now.  C/P and re-size 50%. Move her to the lower middle of tag.

More elements now:
Element 49 - C/P and to lower right side of tag.

Element 60 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Mirror and move to upper left side of tag over Element 83.
(see tag for placement)
Element 21 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 20 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag over element 21.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Word Art 4 - C/P and move to bottom middle of tag.(see tag for placement)

V & H 2

Here goes:

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 7.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 7 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.  Re-size 115%.

Now for the frame:
Frame 3 - C/P and leave it where it lands.  Make sure your frame layer is still highlighted.  Grab your magic wand.  Click in the middle of frame.  SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 pixels.
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 1.  Grab Frame 6 and C/P re-size 70%.  Move to top right corner of frame.
Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using.  If you are using the same one as me, grab it now.  C/P over paper layer and then move her into position.  
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT - SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.
Grab Element 120 - C/P and re-size to 10%.  Move over hand on tube.
Grab Element 43.  C/P and move a bit right on tag.  Change opacity to SOFT LIGHT.

Lets do some elements now:
Element 136 - C/P and move to top right corner of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer and original tube layer.  Duplicate and mirror.

Element 9 - C/P and move to top left corner of tag.  Make sure this layer is also UNDER the frame layer.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 126 - C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to far left side of frame.  Make sure this layer is OVER the frame layer.  All other layers will now be OVER the frame layer(s).

Element 28 - C/P and move to bottom right side of tag.

Element 117 - C/P and re-size 7%.  Move to bottom and a bit to the left on tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 51 - C/P and move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used: 
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
