It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSPx2 but any version will do.

Scrap Kit: 2013 Warm Attitude by Wicked Creationz

Here goes:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open PP 9. Open mask and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste PP9 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
Now for the frame:
Element 27 - C/P and move up and to the right just a little. Make sure it is the highlighted layer. Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of the frame layer.
Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - INVERT.
Open New Raster Layer. C/Paste into selection PP2. Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using. If you are using the same one as me, grab it now. C/P and move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and change the original tube layer to SCREEN.

Lets do some elements now:
Element 1 - C/P and move to upper left side of tag. Make sure this layer is under the frame layers.

Element 22 - C/P and move to bottom left corner of tag. Make sure this layer is under the frame layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 10 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move to top right side over frame layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 23 - C/P and move to bottom middle of frame layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 24 - C/P and move to bottom right corner of tag. Mirror this layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 13 - C/P and re-size 80%. Move to bottom right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 12 - C/P and and re-size 80%. Move to bottom right corner on left side of Element 13 layer.
(see tag for placement)
Element 2 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right side of tag in front of both Element 12 and 13.
(see tag for placement)
Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, C/P and re-size 45%. Mirror and move to bottom left side of tag.

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I used:
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add
name and © info.

Scrap Kit: Old School by Wicked Creationz Scraps HERE
Font: Smitten Kitten Font HERE
Here goes:
Open PP 10 and WSL 84, then minimize.
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Highlight very bottom layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL
Copy and paste PP 10 into Selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED –
CHOOSE WSL 84 from the drop down menu – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
Now for the frame:
Element 30 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to upper middle of tag. Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of the frame layer.
Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - INVERT.
C/Paste into selection PP7. Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using. I used the medium CU. Re-size if needed. Grab it up now. C/P and move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer. ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK. Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and change the original layer to SCREEN.
Element 29 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to left middle of tag. Duplicate and mirror. Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of the frame layer.
Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 8 PIXELS - INVERT.
C/Paste into selection PP7. Do the same for Copy of 29.

Lets do some more elements now:
Element 24 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move over element 29 and PP 8 layers.

Element 22 - C/P and re-size 60%. Move over copy of element 29 and PP8.

Element 6 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to top right corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 27 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom middle between element 29 and copy of element 29.

Element 10 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 21 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom right corner of tag in front of element 10.
(see tag for placement)
Element 23 - C/P and re-size 70%. Move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, C/P the full size tube. Mirror an re-size 60%. Move to bottom left side of tag.

PTU Zuzana

Here goes:
The Template first:
Open template in PSP. Hold down
SHIFT button and tap your “D” key. Close
the original template. Delete the “Credits”
layer with her CR info.
I don't like a white background unless I really need one, so I clear the
white background by highlighting the BACKGROUND layer and go to
EDIT - CLEAR.
EDIT - CLEAR.
Next
I changed the canvas size to 800 X 800. We are gonna do basically the
same thing for the following layers, so in an effort to stop repeating
myself, here is what you will do for each layer that we change out:
Highlight layer. SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - FLOAT - DE FLOAT
Open Paper - C/P - SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - SELECT
NONE
Delete layer.
So it will go something like this:
You
will be changing these layers: Blue Circle 3, Blue Circle 2, Pink Circle 2, Pink Circle 1, Blue Circle 1, Frame Back 3, Frame Back 2, Frame Back 1, Kandi Word Art. The rest we will leave as is.
Highlight Blue Circle 3. Follow directions above. Use PP10. Rename PP10 left. Flip this layer and move back down where it was.
Highlight Blue Circle 2. Same as above. Use PP10. Rename PP10 right.
Highlight Pink Circle 2. Same as above. Use PP8. Rename PP8 right.
Highlight Pink Circle 1. Same as above. Use PP8. Rename PP8 left.
Highlight Blue Circle 1. Same as above. Use PP2. Rename PP2 middle.
Highlight Blue Circle 1. Same as above. Use PP2. Rename PP2 middle.
Highlight Frame Back 3. Same as above. Use PP1. Rename PP1 left
Highlight Frame Back 2. Same as above. Use PP3. Rename PP3 right.
Highlight Frame Back 1. Same as above. Use PP5. Rename PP5 middle.
For Frame Back 3, I grabbed the tube and C/P and re-sized 70%. SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT. Duplicate tube layer. ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and go to original tube layer and change BLEND MODE to SCREEN.
For Frame Back 2, I did the same except I mirrored the tube.
For Frame Back 1, I pasted the tube again, but re-sized it 40% and moved her into position. Then I duplicated it. Move the copy layer under the frame 1 layer. Grabbed the magic wand and went to the PP5 middle layer and clicked on the outside of that square. Went back to the copy of tube layer and hit delete. SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE. Grab the magic wand again. Go to the frame 1 layer, click inside of frame and then go to SELECTIONS - INVERT. Grab your eraser tool and erase the parts of the tube hanging over the bottom of the frame.
Highlight Kandi Wordart. Same as above. Use PP9. Rename PP9 wordart. Keep selected. Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - SELECT SELECTION BORDERS and use the following settings.
And New Raster Layer. Move under PP9 wordart layer. Flood fill with white (#ffffff).
Highlight Frame Back 2. Same as above. Use PP3. Rename PP3 right.
Highlight Frame Back 1. Same as above. Use PP5. Rename PP5 middle.

Element 2 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to top right corner over element 12.

Now for the mask layer:
Element 8 - C/P and re-size 60%. Mirror and move to bottom left corner in front of element 7.

Element 17 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom right corner.

Element 16 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom right corner on left side of element 17. Free rotate 28ยบ right.
