This tutorial was written by me on July 16, 2014.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X2 but any version will do.

I bought this tube when she sold at Creative Design OutletHere goes:
Element 4 - C/P and move to right side of tag. Mirror, then duplicate and mirror again.

Element 50 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to top middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 42 - C/P and re-size 20%. Move to right middle of tag in front of element 50. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 9 - C/P and re-size 80%. Move to lower middle left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 10 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to lower middle of tag in front of element 50.
(see tag for placement)
Element 3 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to lower middle left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38 - C/P and move to lower left side of tag in front of, but a bit left of element 3.
(see tag for placement)
Element 63 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to far left side of tag in front of element 50. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 22 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to lower left middle of tag in front of element 38.
(see tag for placement)
Element 121 - C/P and move to lower right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 1 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to lower left side of tag in front of element 22.

Element 37 - C/P and move to bottom right side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 75 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to bottom middle of tag in between element 37 and copy of element 37.

Element 117 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to bottom right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now. C/P and move her to the top of element 117.
I used:
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

Element 50 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to top middle of tag.

Element 42 - C/P and re-size 20%. Move to right middle of tag in front of element 50. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 9 - C/P and re-size 80%. Move to lower middle left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 10 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to lower middle of tag in front of element 50.
(see tag for placement)
Element 3 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to lower middle left side of tag.

Element 38 - C/P and move to lower left side of tag in front of, but a bit left of element 3.

Element 63 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to far left side of tag in front of element 50. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 22 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to lower left middle of tag in front of element 38.

Element 121 - C/P and move to lower right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 1 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to lower left side of tag in front of element 22.

Element 37 - C/P and move to bottom right side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 75 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to bottom middle of tag in between element 37 and copy of element 37.

Element 117 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to bottom right corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Now for the tube(s):
If you are using the same tube as me, grab it now. C/P and move her to the top of element 117.
I used:
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
Save and add
name and © info.

Please Don't use this tube without a license.

Mask: WSL 84 HERE
Here goes:
Let’s start
with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 3. Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 3 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
This will be the frame layer:
Frame 2 – C/P and move it up and a bit left. Re-size 75%. Make sure your frame layer is still highlighted. Grab your magic wand. Click in the middle of frame. SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND 4 pixels.
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 6. Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using. If you are using the same one as me, grab it now. I used the CU without the crow.
C/P mirror and move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and change the original tube layer to SCREEN.

Some elements now:
Element 12 - C/P and move to upper right corner of tag. Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layers.
(see tag for placement)
Element 11 - C/P and move to bottom of frame. Make sure this layer is OVER the frame layers. All other layers will be over frame layers also.

Element 5 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom middle of frame over element 11.
(see tag for placement)
Element 4 - C/P and re-size 65%. Move to lower middle of frame area.
(see tag for placement)
Element 16 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to top left corner of frame. Grab your eraser tool and erase the parts that show over the frame.

Element 14 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 20 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to bottom left corner of tag but to right side of element 14.
(see tag for placement)
Element 15 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left corner of tag over element 20. Grab your eraser tool again and erase the parts of the cuffs so that it looks like it is wrapped around the chalice.

Element 13 - C/P and re-size 20%. Move to bottom left corner, but to the right of element 15.

Element 17 - C/P and re-size 20%. Move to bottom left corner but to the right of element 20.
(see tag for placement)
Element 7 - C/P and re-size 20%. Move to bottom left corner but to the left of element 15.

Element 6 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left corner over element 15.

I place the tube layer(s) here:
If you are using the same tube as me, grab her now. Move her to bottom right side of tag. I also used a white drop shadow on the tube so it would stand out a bit. I used the same settings as below.
