This tutorial was written by me on September 27, 2014.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X2 but any version will do.

I bought mine when they were selling at PTE.
Unholy Vault is not selling tubes anymore.
Here goes:
Element 55 - C/P and move to upper left corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 121 - C/P and leave it where it lands.
(see tag for placement)
Element 58 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to top left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 70 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to top left corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 64 - C/P and leave it where it lands.
(see tag for placement)
Element 38 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to middle of element 64.
(see tag for placement)
Element 59 - C/P and re-size 30%. Move to middle but a little bit up over element 38.
(see tag for placement)
Element 72 - C/P and move to top middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 67 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to bottom left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 63 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to right side of original of element 67. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 66 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to left side of original of element 63. Duplicate and mirror.

Now for the tube(s):
So now I am gonna be a tad different. What I did here is re-size the whole tag before I paste the tube. OK... make the changes as you see them in the image below.
Now, if you are using the same tube as me, grab the full size version now. C/P and move her down to the bottom, but a bit to the right on the tag.

I used:
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.

Element 121 - C/P and leave it where it lands.

Element 58 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to top left corner of tag.

Element 70 - C/P and re-size 75%. Move to top left corner of tag. Duplicate and mirror.

Element 64 - C/P and leave it where it lands.

Element 38 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to middle of element 64.

PTU 1000 Sighs
This tutorial was written by me on June 16, 2014.

Mask: WSL 84
HERE
Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 1. Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 1 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 1. Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 1 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK. Duplicate and merge down. Re-size 115%.
NEW RASTER LAYER - C/Paste into selection Paper 2. Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using. If you are using the same one(s) as me, grab it now. I used the CU here. Move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.
Duplicate the tube layer.
ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – RADIUS 25 - OK.
Change BLEND MODE of copy of tube layer to HARD LIGHT and leave the original tube layer on SCREEN.
After I did that, I decided to add another element to the frame layer(s).
I grabbed Element 49. C/P and moved it where I liked.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.

Now onto some elements:
Element 5 - C/P and move to upper left corner of tag. Make sure this layer is UNDER the frame layer(s). Duplicate and mirror then flip.

Element 33 - C/P and move to top right corner of tag. Make sure this layer is also UNDER the frame layer(s). Duplicate and mirror then flip.
(see tag for placement)
Element 1 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to top right side of frame. Make sure this and all the rest of the layers are OVER the frame layer(s). Duplicate and mirror.

Element 21 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom middle of frame. Duplicate and move copy just under the original layer.

Element 4 - C/P and re-size 45%. Move to bottom right side of frame. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 50 - C/P and re-size 40%. Move to bottom middle but a bit to the right side of tag in front of element 4.

Element 42 - C/P and re-size 50%. Move to bottom left side of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 46 - C/P and move to top left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 44 - C/P and re-size 20%. Move to upper right side of frame layer, over element 1 layer. Duplicate and mirror. Move the copy up and a little bit more to the right.

I place the tube layer(s) here:
If you are using the same tube as me. C/P and move to the bottom left side of tag in front of element 42.

Add drop shadow to layers of your
choosing.

Opacity 70

and © information. Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I save and add
name and © info.

PTU Fatal Liaison

Here goes:
The frame layers.
Open Paper 2 - Hold down SHIFT key and press the "D" key to
duplicate paper.
Close Paper 10. Re-size to 800 X
800.
LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED – Masks
By Lise #7 - OK - MERGE GROUP.
Open Frame 4. C/P and leave it
for now. Open Frame 2. C/P and re-size 60%. Grab magic wand. Click on inside of frame 2.
SELECTION – MODIFY – EXPAND 4 PIXELS.
Highlight Frame 4 layer. Hit
delete button. Keep selected.
Open Paper 4. NEW RASTER LAYER –
COPY AND PASTE INTO SELECTION.
Open tube. If you use the same
one as I, C/P the CU of tube. Move tube
where you want it.
SELECTION – INVERT – DELETE – INVERT.
Duplicate tube and go to ADJUST – BLUR – GAUSSIAN BLUR – 25PIXELS.
Change BLEND MODE on copy layer to HARD LIGHT. Move to original tube layer and change BLEND
MODE to MULTIPLY.
Element 7 – C/P and re-size 25%.
Duplicate and move around inside of frame to your liking. Reduce opacity to 57.

The Elements:
Element 36 – C/P and flip and re-size 85%. Move to right of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 19 – C/P and re-size 75%.
Move to the right of tag.
Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 41 – C/P and re-size 30%.
Move to bottom left side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Element 40 – C/P and re-size 35%.
Move to the top of Frame 4.
(see tag for placement)
Now the tube layer:
Open tube. C/P and move into
place so that she looks like she is coming out of the frame. Duplicate tube. Move the copy down to layer under Frame 2
layer.
Highlight Frame 2 layer. Grab
your magic wand. Click inside frame.
Go to SELECTION – INVERT – DELETE.
Highlight original tube layer and grab the ERASER TOOL. Erase the bottom part of original tube layer
that hangs over Frame 2 layer.

More Element layers:
Element 43 – C/P and re-size 50%.
Move bottom middle of tag.

Element 49 – C/P and re-size 50%.
Move to bottom middle of tag over Element 43.
(see tag for placement)
Element 25 - C/P and re-size
35%. Move to bottom right side of
tag.
FREE ROTATE RIGHT 15º.
Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.

Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black
Now you can add name and © information. Save as .png
and re-size if you wish.

PTU Elven Serenade

Filters: Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow.
Font: Mardian Demo HERE
OK, let's get started.
Start a new image 700 X 700 - Transparent.
Highlight very bottom layer.
Open Paper 12
SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - NEW RASTER LAYER - C/PASTE INTO SELECTION Paper12 - SELECTION NONE
LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED - Vix Mask 363 - OK - MERGE GROUP
Duplicate and merge down.
Use selection tool using the following settings:
Start in the middle of mask and move out till you have a selection that looks something like this:
C/P the closeup of the tube. SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - INVERT - DUPLICATE - ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR - RADIUS 25 - OK - SELECTIONS - SELECT NONE.
Change blend mode of copy to Hard Light and change the blend mode of original tube layer to Overlay and reduce opacity to 69.
Now for the elements.
Element 50 - C/P and move layer over paper/mask layer and up just a little bit.

Element 75 - C/P and go to LAYERS - ARRANGE - SEND TO BOTTOM - MOVE UP. Move this layer a bit to the left. Duplicate and mirror.
Element 28 - C/P and move to the right. Duplicate and mirror.
Highlight Copy of Tube layer.
Element 67 - C/P and resize 60%. Move to left, duplicate and mirror.
Element 63 - C/P and flip. Resize 70%, move down and to the left of tag. Duplicate and mirror.
Element 29 - C/P and resize 60%. Move down and in the middle of tag.
Element 64 - C/P and resize 70% and move down to the middle of Element 29.
Element 55 - C/P and move down a bit.
Element 61 - C/P and resize 40%. Move to bottom left side of tag.
Element 13 - C/P and resize 20%. Move to left of tag over Element 61
(see tag for placement).
Element 99 - C/P and resize 30%. Move up and leave in middle of tag.
Element 89 - C/P and flip. Resize 60%. Move up over Element 99.
Element 54 - C/P and resize 30%. Move up and to the left of Element 89
(see tag for placement). Duplicate and mirror.
Element 32 - C/P and resize 20%. Move up, over and to the left of Element 99 and 89.
Element 3 - C/P and resize 40%. Move up and to the left
(see tag for placement).
Open tube. C/P full tube layer. Move a bit to the right
(see tag for placement).
EFFECT - PLUGIN - EYE CANDY 4000 - GRADIENT GLOW.
Use these settings:

Now you can add name and © information. Save as .PNG and resize if you wish.
I resize before I save and add name and © info.
